In May 2021, she graduated from the New School’s MFA in Creative Writing under the poetry emphasis and is the author of the chapbook, refinding the rules of gravity (Finishing Line Press, 2021) which was featured in Dance Magazine. She recently wrote and choreographed a choreopoem titled Sunday which was presented via the Emerging Artists Theater’s New Works Series in October 2022 at the TADA! Theater in New York City. Since graduating, her choreography has been featured in Bridge for Dance’s Uptown Rising and Borne Dance Company’s benefit concert, Out of Darkness and she has danced professionally with VISIONS Contemporary Ballet, Gleich Dances, and the Kennedy Dancers. in English at Harvard University, she studied dance with Jill Johnson and performed repertoire from Martha Graham, Bill T. She grew up in the ballet studios of Palos Verdes Ballet and the Orange County School of the Arts.
